To measure your wrist:

Take a piece of string or cotton, marking the start point with a pen.

Wrap the string or cotton around your wrist and ‘pinch’ the end point where it meets the start point.

Remove the string or cotton and mark the end point, then lay alongside a ruler to get your exact wrist measurement.
